Writing Assignment: (10/06/06)
Write about your all time favorite meal that someone in your family makes. Also write about your favorite restaurant that you like to go to and what you like to order.  Describe what the atmosphere is like and how the restaurant is decorated. (250 words) Save the document as Favorite Food.


Lesson 3 Project: Using the Basic Photo Correction skills learned in Lesson 3 apply them to a picture that you take with the digital camera.  Complete the project by printing out the original and then printing the photo that has been corrected. Both should have the width size at 5 inches.  Write your name on it and staple the original on top of the corrected and hand in.

You may need to consider purchasing a CD-RW so you can start storing your graphics you have created so far -- to save on memory space.  You will soon begin experiencing problems saving all the graphics we are working on.  One thing you do not need to save after you have completed are the Lesson.  YOU MUST SAVE THE PROJECTS AS THOSE ARE GRADED!!!


 

 

 

 

 

 

HTML & Design Searches (August 25th):
  • First open a Microsoft Word document and save it to your folder as HTML Code Sites.
  • Then open your Browser and begin searching for sites that teach HTML Code. Paste the URL into your Word document. 
  • Locate at least 3 sites that appear to teach you how to use the HTML Code.
  • Next you will locate at least 4 different sites that talk about Good Web Page Design.
  • Open a new Word document and save it as Good Web Page Design.
  • Paste the URLs into this document.
  • In this same document put together a list of the Top 10 Design tips that you think are the most important from the 4 sites you found.
  • We will discuss what you found on Monday!!
